**Are
you a brilliant Web Designer,
Programmer or SEO specialist?
How-to become an
Approved
BestWebsite®
Servicer**
I receive requests every week for
web-design and
search-engine-optimization jobs
because of my
Best Website book,
Mentor Program,
blog and
national media interviews.
It's now time to refer these
requests, totaling
more than $300,000
per-year,
to a top-notch Web designer,
Programmer or SEO specialist.
I
currently have one opening each for
Web designers using Dreamweaver,
Expression Web and Flash. I
also have an opening for a Search
Engine Optimization specialist who
can do both on-site optimization, as
well as external optimization.
There's also one slot for a Graphic
Designer and Database Programmer.
It's a simple arrangement if you'd
like to be included on this list of
designers below and gain the referral
business. Just email me at
nelson (at) bestwebsite.com
with a paragraph or two about your
design skills and history in the
business, along with links to
examples of your work. I'll
review them and email you the formal
Agreement for your review.
If
everything goes well then the
Agreement is an 80/20 split where
you keep 80%. I'll send the
referrals directly to you, you are
welcome to evaluate them, close the
ones you want, track the sales and
send
BestWebsite® the 20% (capped
at 12 months for each client)
at the end of the month.
You'll be listed on this page below
and fully endorsed by
BestWebsite®.
We'll also start you out with a bang
by introducing you to my personal
email list of more than 1,600 Web
entrepreneurs who have made many,
many requests for a quality
web-designer or SEO specialist
referral and I'll finally be able to
give them one.
If
you'd like I can also make you a
graphic using your logo that says
you're an
Approved
BestWebsite®
Servicer, which you're
welcome to use on your website.
I
understand the specific challenges
of running a Web design company.
I ran Blue Aspen Web Design, the
Web's largest design company at the
time for two years. I know how
difficult it is to find legitimate,
quality projects. Meaning
customers who both have the
money and appropriate design
expectations.
There
is a $2,500 advance payment
per-category. Since you keep
100% of the revenue until your fee
is returned to you it's not an
additional fee per say. It's
essentially an advance that let's me
know you're serious about closing
and delivering projects and secondly,
if I didn't have
an advance fee I would literally
have hundreds, if not thousands of
designers to search through.
Something you might find very
helpful is that I can serve as a
mediator between you and the client
if there is a problem. I'm
pretty good at educating the client
about how difficult design is and
how things don't always go as
planned and being able to show the
client how they may be causing some
of the problems.
The beauty of this deal is you don't
have to spend your time trying to go
find the next quality deal, I'll
send them right to you.
There is trust here for both of us.
I'm giving the full weight and
endorsement of my name to your
business and I have to trust that
you will deliver a quality product
and accurately track the referrals
to pay the 20%. On your side,
you'll need to trust me with $2,500
up-front and that I'm able to send
you many thousands-of-dollars
worth of quality design work
per-year.
If
you're a designer or design-firm
that can handle more than one of the
categories you're welcome to add
them at half-off. So $2,500
for the first category and $1,500 each
additional.
The
best part of being chosen as one of
the best-of-the-best is that the
clients who have the most money to
spend always search out the best
provides and are willing to pay a
premium for it. That's when
running a web business becomes fun,
because you're dealing with smarter
clients who are properly
compensating you for delivering a
quality product.
Also, given the new
web-business book I have coming out
next Fall, the rising popularity of
my blog and the additional national
media press interviews with
Magazines and Newspapers I already
have lined up, the amount of
referrals I can send will likely
double or triple over the next year
to $600k-$900k which is why I would
like to secure some quality
designers for the
Approved
BestWebsite®
Servicer list now.
FAQ:
What type of design projects
does BestWebsite receive?
Typical examples I receive
are web entrepreneurs looking to
build new websites with an initial
build value of $5,000-$10,000 with an
on-going support fee of
$250-$1,000/mo I also receive
plenty of larger Web projects of
$50,000 initial build value and
$2,500-$5,000/mo support fee.
There are also some redesigns of
current websites and/or taking over
from a designer that didn't work
out. That last one happens
allot.
Will Nelson provide
consulting?
Absolutely! If you'd
like me to take a look at your
current process to close deals I'd
be delighted to provide my feedback
on how to improve that process to
close better deals, for more money.
I normally sell this type of
consulting for $5,000 but I'm happy
to provide it as part of the deal.
This referral deal is set-up to make
us both money as well as provide a
brilliant product to the buyer.
p.s. I'm very
much looking forward to building a
quality partnership with you that
will last for years to come!
